Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 150g of granulated sugar
- 100g of brown sugar
- 5g of baking powder
- 5g of baking soda
- 2g of salt
- 100g of unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 120ml of bourbon
- 200g of peeled and diced apples
- 5g of ground cinnamon
- 60ml of milk
- 100g of chopped walnuts (optional)
- 100g of powdered sugar for glaze
- 30ml of milk for glaze

- Mixing bowls

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the Bundt pan with butter and flour.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the bourbon and milk.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled Bundt cake before serving.
