Boneless Buffalo Wings

These boneless wings are a great way to have chicken. I had these at a pub and fell in love with the taste. They're a nice change from your regular chicken wings. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Preparation Time:

  • 55 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of boneless chicken breast
  • 200g of all-purpose flour
  • 100g of cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 240ml of buttermilk
  • 480ml of buffalo sauce
  • 60g of unsalted butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Cooking thermometer
  • Whisk
  • Spoon
  • Serving platter

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk until smooth.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through with an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  • While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the buffalo sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  • Serve the wings hot on a platter, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.
