Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 200g of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of cooked white rice
- 200g of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
- Guacamole, for serving
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Large skillet
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife

- Aluminum foil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the black beans and cooked rice to the beef mixture. Stir until heated through and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Top with shredded cheese, and then fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
- Wrap each burrito in aluminum foil, keeping them warm as you prepare to serve.
- Serve each burrito with a side of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
