- 300ml of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 50g of unsalted butter (melted)
- 150g of fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries carefully to avoid breaking them.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the griddle as needed.
- Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
