Ingredients:
- 8 slices of rye bread
- 400g of corned beef, thinly sliced
- 200g of sauerkraut, drained
- 200g of Swiss cheese, sliced
- 100g of Thousand Island dressing
- 50g of unsalted butter, softened
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Griddle
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Spatula
Instructions:
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
- On the non-buttered side of 4 slices, layer the corned beef, followed by sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwiches on the griddle and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt, about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping carefully.
- Once cooked, remove from the griddle, slice in half, and serve with additional Thousand Island dressing on the side.
