Crab Louie Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 400g of lump crab meat
  • 100g of mayonnaise
  • 30g of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

  • On a serving platter, lay out the romaine lettuce leaves.
  • Spoon the crab mixture onto each lettuce leaf, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Top with avocado slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately, allowing guests to wrap the filling inside the lettuce leaves.
