Ingredients:
- 300g of pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup of sweet corn
- 1/2 cup of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the pork for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, corn, black beans, and cilantro.
- Slice the grilled pork and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle with lime juice and toss gently to combine.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
