Breakfast Walking Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 500g of ground breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200g of shredded cheese
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 100g of salsa
  • 100g of diced avocados
  • 50g of chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Serving tray

Instructions:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sausage.
  • Cook the egg mixture, stirring gently until the eggs are fully set and mixed with the sausage.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame until soft and pliable.
  • To assemble, take each tortilla and add a portion of the sausage and egg mixture.
  • Top each filled tortilla with shredded cheese, salsa, diced avocados, and chopped green onions.
  • Fold the tortillas in half and serve immediately, allowing everyone to walk and enjoy their tacos.
