Ingredients:
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 1 cup of chilli (homemade or canned)
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of jalapeños (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- saucepan

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the hot dogs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until grilled to perfection.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, heat the chilli in a saucepan over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Slice the hot dog buns down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through. Toast them lightly on the grill for a minute.
- Once the hot dogs are done, place each one into a toasted bun.
- Top each hot dog with a generous amount of hot chilli, diced onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle mustard and mayonnaise on top for added flavor. If desired, add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Serve immediately with extra chilli on the side.
