  • 200g of high-quality grape jelly
  • 30g of honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh whole fruits (berries, banana) for garnish

Instructions:

  • Carefully slice the artisan bread into even halves, ensuring a smooth edge.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with a pinch of sea salt and honey for added sweetness, then mix until well-combined and creamy.
  • Spread an even layer of the peanut butter mixture onto two slices of bread, making sure to cover them from edge to edge.
  • On the remaining two slices, generously spread the grape jelly, ensuring a thick, luscious layer.
  • Carefully place the jelly-covered slices on top of the peanut butter slices to form two complete sandwiches.
  • If desired, cut the sandwiches into triangles or quarters for an elegant presentation.
