Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of pork ribs
- 200g of barbecue sauce
- 50g of brown sugar
- 30ml of apple cider vinegar
- 10g of smoked paprika
- 5g of cayenne pepper
- 10g of garlic powder
- 5g of onion powder
- 5g of salt
- 5g of black pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Apply the marinade generously on both sides of the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30-35 minutes, flipping occasionally and basting with remaining marinade.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 75°C (165°F).
- Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
