Spicy Barbecue Ribs


Preparation Time:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of pork ribs
  • 200g of barbecue sauce
  • 50g of brown sugar
  • 30ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 10g of smoked paprika
  • 5g of cayenne pepper
  • 10g of garlic powder
  • 5g of onion powder
  • 5g of salt
  • 5g of black pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill
  • basting brush
  • meat thermometer
  • mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  • Apply the marinade generously on both sides of the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30-35 minutes, flipping occasionally and basting with remaining marinade.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 75°C (165°F).
  • Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
