Buffalo Wings with Spicy Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of chicken wings
  • 100g of butter
  • 200ml of hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Basting Brush
  • Serving Platter
  • Measuring Cups
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat the fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the spicy glaze.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the wings and let them drain on paper towels.
  • In a separate saucepan, heat the spicy glaze over medium heat until melted and well combined.
  • Toss the fried wings in the spicy glaze until each wing is evenly coated.
  • Drizzle honey over the wings for added sweetness and toss again.
  • Serve the buffalo wings on a platter with your favorite dipping sauce.
