Ingredients:
- 2 kg of chicken wings
- 100g of butter
- 200ml of hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:
- Heat the fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the spicy glaze.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings and let them drain on paper towels.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the spicy glaze over medium heat until melted and well combined.
- Toss the fried wings in the spicy glaze until each wing is evenly coated.
- Drizzle honey over the wings for added sweetness and toss again.
- Serve the buffalo wings on a platter with your favorite dipping sauce.
