Ingredients:
- 800g of chicken breast
- 120ml of BBQ sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- fresh cilantro for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to soak in.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Place the chicken on the grill.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and has nice grill marks.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
