Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of baby back ribs
- 250g of barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
- Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, sealing them tightly, and place them on the grill.
- Cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- After 30 minutes, remove the ribs from the foil and brush both sides with barbecue sauce.
- Place the ribs directly on the grill and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, basting with more barbecue sauce, until caramelized and slightly charred.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 70°C (160°F).
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, and slice between the bones to serve.
