  • 250g of barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • meat thermometer
  • basting brush

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.

  • Cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
