Ingredients:
- 600g of chicken breast, diced
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers (one red and one yellow), cut into chunks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes if using wooden ones.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients as desired.
- Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a drizzle of the remaining marinade.
