Ingredients:
- 500g of beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and ground black pepper to create your marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, mixing until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning if using a grill.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
- Season the skewers with a pinch of salt and sesame seeds before placing them on the grill.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and veggies are tender.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining marinade if desired.
